Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute EHS policies and programs.
- Provide guidance and leadership to employees on various safety-related topics.
- Evaluate existing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR to establish a new employee onboarding process for safety.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments.
- Enforce preventive measures.
- Identify and address process bottlenecks promptly.
- Monitor employee adherence to rules and regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on accidents and violations, determining their root causes.
- Deliver various training sessions and conduct audits at regular intervals.
- Implement a comprehensive Reward and Recognition program throughout the organization.
- Demonstrate proficiency in documentation, presentation, and site implementation.
